The 51-year-old actress finalized the sale of her seven-bedroom residence for nearly $21 million, a considerable drop from its original listing price. Initially purchased for $10.6 million in 2014, Vergara and her ex-husband Joe Manganiello, 47, listed the property for $30 million in 2022, later reducing it to $27.5 million after their separation.

The mansion, spanning over 1,000 square meters, boasts extravagant amenities including a sprawling pool, spa, and full-sized gym. Despite its luxurious features, the ties to Vergara’s past prompted the sale.

Having not served as her primary residence for some time, Vergara and Manganiello opted for a $20 million mansion in nearby Beverly Park in 2020. The new property features Tuscan-inspired interiors by designer Jennifer Bevan, a movie theater, wine cellar capable of housing 3,000 bottles, and a full-size bar.
