Tennis world No. 1 Novak Djokovic is matching his unstoppable form on the court with some impressive work off it.
Just off his French Open win, the Serbian superstar has sold his stunning Miami Beach condo for a cool $7.95 million (US$6 million), for a tidy profit of $305,000 in just two years.
The world’s best men’s player purchased the waterfront home after it was built in 2019 for US$5.77 million.
However the sales tag fell short of its initial listing price of US$7.15 million, when Djokovic put it on the market just a month after buying it, the Wall Street Journal reported.
The 34-year-old has never lived in the unit which is located in the uber luxurious residence of Eighty Seven Park, which sits at the northern end of the famous Miami isthmus, across from Biscayne Point and overlooking the North Beach Oceanside Park.
