Don Ha Project Sales is continuing to make its mark on the global real estate stage, winning three awards announced at RE/MAX Global headquarters this month.
Don Ha Project Sales was named the No.1 Global top team in closed transactions for a new owner team; No.2 Global top team in residential commissions for an owner team; and No.3 Global top team in residential commercial commissions.

RE/MAX Director of Global Development Cheryl Luster congratulated the Don Ha Project Sales team on their achievements in 2020, saying Mr Ha had seized the opportunities presented to him during the pandemic.
“He went from being a franchise owner of a RE/MAX Office in Auckland to the owner of RE/MAX New Zealand region,” Ms Luster said.
“We are very proud of Don, and he should be too. His projects team achieved all this and he was running a great region at the same time.”
Don Ha Project Sales specialises in house and land packages, multi-unit developments, off-the-plan, high-rise pre-build sales and complex development opportunities; and has a proven track record of managing and connecting development opportunities in some of the largest developments nationwide and overseas.
Despite being based in New Zealand, its client reach is global and stretches from Australia and the Asia-Pacific to locations throughout Europe, China, Singapore, Japan, New Caledonia, France, the UK and Mongolia.
“With some other companies, you might only have one agent’s service to rely on,” Mr Ha said.
“Not us. We offer massive, combined resources of not just our team and aligned professionals but an entire global network with their contacts and expertise.”
In a coup for a New Zealand-based team, Don Ha Project Sales is marketing the Azzura Group’s Imperial Square development designed to become the new ‘cosmopolitan heart’ of the Gold Coast.
When completed, Imperial Square’s Stage 3 tower will stand as one of the tallest in the southern hemisphere.
Don Ha Project Sales topped $100 million in sales in December 2020.
“We are engaged at all levels of property – residential homes and property investments, apartments, commercial property, sections, high-rises and other new developments – and we enjoy every day,” Mr Ha said.
