In a recent real estate move, Georgia and Daniel Contos, the fashion-savvy couple in their thirties, have acquired another opulent residence, marking their third purchase in the Vaucluse neighborhood. Their combined investment in real estate in this area now totals nearly $100 million.
The acquisition came to light through an Instagram post from Million Dollar Listing Sydney several months ago, which revealed the off-market sale handled by Monika Tu of Black Diamondz and buyer’s agent Simon Cohen. However, the identity of the buyers remained undisclosed until now.

Sources close to the couple, aged 32 and 33, have disclosed that they’ve purchased the neighboring property to the one they acquired two years ago for $34.45 million. Plans are in motion to combine the two properties, having already obtained approval from Woollahra Council in August for a $4 million renovation, including the addition of a pool, designed by Bruce Stafford Architects.
This real estate endeavor is distinct from their property in nearby Wentworth Street, which they acquired for over $25 million just before an auction in May.

Georgia and Daniel, known for their online brand White Fox, which features eye-catching dresses and oversized hoodies on billboards and Sydney buses, maintain showrooms in both Sydney and Los Angeles. Their brand’s reach has steadily expanded since its inception a decade ago when they were in their early twenties, aided by the influence of social media personalities.

Their most recent $36 million purchase encompasses a five-bedroom residence on a 993-square-meter plot, offering picturesque views of the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House. This property was originally bought for $16 million in 2018 by property investor Hoang Trang Do.
Notably, Do, of QTKT property investment, also acquired the waterfront property Akuna in Point Piper from Sydney FC owner Scott Barlow and his wife Alina for approximately $60 million in June. The fashion-forward couple’s first Fisher Avenue residence was purchased from Peter Andrews, the wholesaler behind Andrews Meat, and his wife Irene.

The Wentworth Road property is a charming 1920s house designed by architect F. Glynn Gilling and exquisitely renovated by its interior designer owners, Olivia Babarczy and her husband, former Regal Funds Management investor Julian Babarczy.
