A second billboard has gone up in the Wellington region criticising the boss of the failed Ebert Construction company.

The billboard invites people to an “open home” of Ebert managing director Kelvin Hale’s new house in nearby Lowry Bay.

Hale, who was also a director of Ebert, has been approached for comment.

The billboards have been put up by Wellington developer Richard Burrell, whose nephew is a subcontractor owed $700,000 by Ebert.
