Renowned British singer-pianist-composer, Sir Elton John, who holds the record for the most successful solo artist in the history of the Billboard charts, is bidding farewell to his long-held US residence after three decades.

He is now making a permanent move to his estate in Windsor, England and has placed his Atlanta condominium on the market for $7.8 million (approximately US$4.99 million).
Having originally purchased a duplex on the 36th floor of the luxurious Park Place high-rise tower in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood for $925,000, Sir Elton John gradually acquired five adjacent units over the years, resulting in an impressive 1,236-square-meter residence spanning two floors.
