Brisbane’s pop sensation, Emma Sheppard, and her partner, Liam O’Connor, have successfully sold their picturesque Noosa dream home as they prepare for their impending move to the United States.
The couple have spent the past couple of years renovating the home.
According to records, the couple reaped a handsome $1.45 million from the sale of their four-bedroom, three-bathroom residence nestled in Lake View Drive, Tewantin. Notably, they initially acquired the property in 2021 for $780,000, but an extensive renovation project, completed earlier this year, contributed to its increased value.
