Brisbane’s pop sensation, Emma Sheppard, and her partner, Liam O’Connor, have successfully sold their picturesque Noosa dream home as they prepare for their impending move to the United States.

The couple have spent the past couple of years renovating the home.

According to records, the couple reaped a handsome $1.45 million from the sale of their four-bedroom, three-bathroom residence nestled in Lake View Drive, Tewantin. Notably, they initially acquired the property in 2021 for $780,000, but an extensive renovation project, completed earlier this year, contributed to its increased value.

Situated on a 629 sqm parcel of land, the two-story home is conveniently located near the tranquil Noosa River and boasts splendid views of Mt Cooroy. The kitchen, a standout feature, showcases opulent gold tapware, a freestanding cooktop, a welcoming breakfast bar, and a convenient serving window.

The master suite impresses with its walk-through robe, double vanity ensuite, and the addition of a skylight. Furthermore, the property’s proximity to local shops, Hastings Street, medical facilities, and esteemed educational institutions makes it an ideal family home.

The sale of the property was expertly handled by Imika Neylan of Dowling Neylan. Emma Sheppard has demonstrated her handiness before, as she and Liam previously transformed a shabby 1979 caravan into a charming, retro-chic retreat.

The Sheppard siblings, George, Amy, and Emma, along with their partners, are scheduled to relocate to Nashville in October, aiming to embrace their substantial fan base in the United States. Their latest album, “Kaleidoscope Eyes,” was released in February 2021 amidst the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, and the move to the US offers them a fresh opportunity to promote it. The band is renowned for their hits “Geronimo” and “Coming Home.”

Fans can catch Sheppard’s daily performances at Gold Coast’s Warner Bros Movie World from September 15 to October 2, as well as at the Redlands Coast Festival, known as ‘RedFest,’ on September 2.
