It’s rare to see an entire street of houses for sale, but the Westport, Buller street featured on Stuff earlier this week has generated plenty of interest — and nobody seems bothered by the name “Cape Foulwind”.
We asked the question, “what could you do with a street of houses”, and it appears at least 35 people have an idea.
Listing agent Chris Harding of JLL says he had to get up at 5am this morning to answer around 35 email enquiries about the property.

The plot for sale includes a lot of additional land – subdivision is possible.
“The response has been really good,” Harding says. “I will be over there from Sunday to Tuesday, and many of these people will be coming to have a look.”
