Construction firm Orange-H Group, set up to run legacy projects for Hawkins after its sale to Downer, has been put into receivership.

It comes 10 days after it was told to pay $13.4 million towards repairing leaky buildings at Botany Downs Secondary School, in Auckland.

In a statement, spokesman David McConnell confirmed Andrew Grenfell and Conor McElhinney, of McGrath Nicol, had been appointed receivers.
