A former LJ Hooker real estate agent who on-sold three properties with mark-ups of up to $300,000, has been suspended for 18 months by her industry’s disciplinary tribunal.

Tracy Taylor worked for LJ Hooker’s Ellerslie franchise and on-sold three properties between June and August 2016.

They were sold to relatives and friends of the initial purchaser within days of the first property deal settling.

All three transactions were linked to one person, Ramasubramanian Narayanaraja and she received $30,000 in commission without having to do any more than drawing up the agreement and arranging for its execution.

In August this year she was found guilty of disgraceful conduct by the Real Estate Agents disciplinary tribunal.
