More expensive than Queenstown: High rent forcing some businesses from Nelson CBD

Nelson’s CBD is losing a number of retailers with some saying the rent is too high.

Three businesses currently standing on Trafalgar St are shutting up shop.

Jeweller Michael Hill, Beds R Us and clothing shop Pagani will all be gone by the end of the month.
