It appears that being an influencer is more lucrative than initially perceived. Case in point: the Norris Nuts, a renowned family on the internet hailing from Newcastle. They were already capitalizing on their social media presence when they acquired a $15.2 million house in North Bondi last year.
Former Olympic swimmer Justin Norris, his wife Brooke, and their six children—Sabre, Sockie, Biggy, Naz, Disco, and Charm—have taken their social media success to the next level. With an impressive following of almost 12 million on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, they’ve amassed a real estate portfolio exceeding $40 million on a single street.

In July, records reveal that the couple’s corporate interests secured a block of six apartments near their North Bondi residence for $10.5 million. Speculation suggests they might combine the units into a spacious home for their children.

Just a week ago, the family, with nearly 7 million YouTube subscribers, was back on the house hunt. They explored a $14 million property in Mosman before returning to Bondi to inspect the neighboring house listed at $14.2 million by Raine & Horne’s Ric Serrao and Mark Yeats.
Despite the allure of other options, the kids’ preference for the Bondi Beach area prevailed, evident in the recently sold house next door. Sources suggest that the Norris family paid above the listed price for the property.
The newly acquired house is slated to become the residence of the eldest Norris child, 18-year-old Sabre, with future plans possibly involving combining both houses into a single dwelling across the $30 million site.
This notable property expansion marks a significant leap from their previous home in Newcastle’s upscale suburb, The Junction, purchased in 2015 for $1.05 million. Interestingly, this latest acquisition follows the family’s sale of a Queensland block in Broadbeach Waters for $6.42 million, reflecting a loss compared to their $6.5 million purchase 18 months prior.
