One Hamilton property has garnered 22 offers as the city’s housing market continues its upward march.
And real estate leaders are expecting to see prices increase off the back of an almost ten percent rise in Waikato’s median price in the year to October.
Hamilton’s median house price reached $585,000 in October, and Waikato’s reached $570,000 – a 9.6 per cent increase from 2018.
There is likely to be a constant, gradual increase in the median price over Summer, Hamilton Harcourts General Manager Brian King said.
