A portfolio of five Caltex service stations dotted around the North Island is for sale.
The five properties in Paihia, Whangarei, Dairy Flat, Rotorua and Tauranga were “strategically located in high-growth regions”, said Colliers International broker Shoneet Chand.
The five Caltex service stations have a net rateable value of $11.2 million.
All the Caltex forecourts have 16 years left on their leases.
