A Flemington milkbar, known in a previous life as the Macca’s Milk Bar, is set to go under the hammer June 15.
Held for the last 30 years, 31 Dover Street, in Melbourne’s north west is up for auction with a price guide of $800,000 to $880,000.
Set on 183 sqm, the one story home features not only the original facade but the original verandah leading to the backyard.
The vendors say the property dates back to 1894 and had been a grocery store.
It was also once famous for its annual football tipping competition, however it stopped operating as a business in 1999.
