Fletcher Building says it’s back in profit after executing the first of its five-year turnaround strategy.
The annual net profit after tax of $164 million, compares with the $190m loss last year.
Fletcher Building chief executive Ross Taylor said it had been an important transition year stabilising the company.
The profit was achieved on marginally higher revenue, up 1 per cent to $8.3 billion.
