The vendors are David and Louise Hales, with David one of the founders of popular burger chain Betty’s Burgers & Concrete Co. The couple bought the home less than two years ago from tennis great Pat Rafter.
Keen boaters, the Hales are relocating to a Noosa Sound home they already own.
