The Southern Highlands vineyard 5th Chapter, owned by food magnate Roy Manassen and his wife Cindy, has hit the market for $10 million.
The sales campaign on the landmark estate comes amid a bullish run of high-end sales among the district’s country home owners, led by the recent $14.5 million-plus sale of investment guru Mark Burrows’ Widgee Waa property to tech billionaire Mike Cannon-Brookes.
The Manassen property is renowned among locals because it boasts one of the district’s most extraordinary gardens, with Japanese, French and parterre gardens, a silver birch grove, ornamental pond and 500-metre camellia hedge.
