Former Central Coast used car dealer Tony Denny is putting his Point Piper luxury residence on the market for approximately $50 million, just three years after acquiring it for $19.5 million from dentist Le Tran.
In 2020, the Wentworth Street home secured the 13th spot on the list of the most expensive properties, facilitated by Black Diamondz agent Monika Tu, who was observed conducting property viewings at the three-level residence.

Renowned car collector and property developer Tony Denny is now seeking a substantial $50 million for the Point Piper property, potentially ranking it as the fifth highest sale on the preliminary top sales list for 2023. However, Point Piper faces challenges in turnover compared to the consistently impressive sales in Bellevue Hill, both on land and waterfront. Notable figures awaiting buyers in Point Piper include adman Geoffrey Cousins and surgeon Bill Roney.
The leading sale of the year so far is the mortgage-free $76 million acquisition of the Federation mansion, Leura, in Bellevue Hill by third-generation flower businessman Leo Lynch and his wife Christina. Following this, the Lynchs secured $61.5 million for their adjacent property, purchased by freight industry leader Arthur Tzaneros, who is currently seeking a buyer for his Vaucluse home.
