A THREE-bedroom apartment in Wentworth Point belonging to former Hi-5 Star Kellie Crawford has found a buyer prior to auction, selling for $920,000.
Located at 104/3 Stromboli Strait, the unit sold just a few days into the auction campaign to a music teacher who actually saw High-5 playing on television a few days earlier.
Selling agent Ania Aquino of McGrath Concord showed 33 groups through the property and said it was a “great price”.
The ground floor apartment in the Waterfront Estate had open-plan living and dining areas, a deck and full length balcony, a gas kitchen was stone bench tops and main bedroom with ensuite.
