A former Penrith real estate agent has been sentenced to 18 months jail after he was convicted of trust account fraud.
Christopher Black, who was the director and licensee-in-charge of CLB Property Group, misused more than $124,000 that was supposed to be held in trust after the sale of two homes.
Black also pleaded guilty to failing to keep deposits for the two properties, worth more than $158,000, in a trust account.
