When Shannon Quagliata worked in real estate, she ran across a persistent problem: helping homebuyers find, access and communicate with agents holding open houses.
“The entire open house process was kind of broken,” she said. “There was no one place to advertise them, and there was no one website for open houses. In Arizona, we have over 1,100 open houses in Maricopa County every week, so I know there’s a need for it.”
To address the issue, Quagliata launched PRE Open House, a one-stop website and mobile app designed to help agents and buyers find, schedule, save and map open houses.
