New home builder Mirvac are seeking a family to live in a hi-tech, energy-efficient house that can remove the need to pay energy bills.
And in a bid to understand how families will interact with homes like the $840,000 double-storey house in Monterey Drive, Cheltenham, they are offering a year’s free rent for a sustainably minded family with two kids under the age of 18.
