Two neighbours in the exclusive Gold Coast suburb Isle of Capri have joined forces to sell their two family homes in one, in a bid to get a greater sale price.
“It opens up more opportunities,” selling agent Eddie Wardale of Ray White Broad Beach told news.com.au, attracting both developers and investors with deeper pockets than the average homebuyer.
