Developers plan to convert Christchurch’s old police headquarters into a health and technology centre.
To be called New Harley Chambers, the complex will include 28 spaces for medical and research tenants inside the old police station, with a new multi-storey building to be added alongside.
Developers Box 112 bought the St Asaph St property from fellow developers Calder Stewart for $25 million earlier this year.
