SINGAPORE – Titus Low, Singapore’s most well-known OnlyFans content creator, is expanding his ventures beyond the adults-only platform that brought him fame—and notoriety. Over the past year, the 24-year-old has been involved in his family’s seafood import and export business and aspires to become a real estate agent.
During our conversation on The Usual Place podcast, Titus revealed he had failed the Real Estate Salesperson Examination once and was awaiting the results of his second attempt. Unfortunately, his second try was also unsuccessful, but he remains determined to try again.
Despite his openness online—posting explicit content and sharing personal conflicts—Titus has kept these professional pursuits relatively private. “I’ll only share such stuff if I want everyone to know that I’m focusing on this route. Then I’ll be full-on online, using my online leads to generate more marketing sales from this platform,” he explained.
While continuing to produce OnlyFans content with a four-person team, Titus also DJs and co-owns OnlyCreamery, an ice-cream café on Temple Street. “As I’m growing older, I also want to try something different,” he said.
Having followed Titus’ public life, I expected a more flamboyant persona. Instead, I found him to be shy, earnest, and polite, willing to discuss anything. He shared how he’s navigating life after dealing with mental health issues and a post-divorce world on the podcast.
Titus’ OnlyFans income, once substantial, has decreased since his conviction for transmitting obscene materials in October 2022. During the pandemic, he earned US$240,979 (S$324,019) between April and October 2021, but subscriber numbers have since dropped. Nonetheless, he describes his current income as “decent.”
Dropping out of Nanyang Polytechnic, where he was pursuing a diploma in engineering with business, Titus found financial independence and autonomy through OnlyFans. “I started doing OnlyFans because I had the ability to do it. If I had 10 fans, I’d think it’s wasting my time, but I have thousands, so I continue to supply that demand,” he said.
However, his work and legal troubles took a toll on his mental health, leading him to seek psychiatric help and medication. His personal life also saw significant changes. He married Malaysian influencer Cheryl Chin in June 2022, just weeks after meeting her, and they had a daughter nine months later. By November 2023, they announced their split, which soon turned contentious with public disputes.
Despite the criticism he has faced, Titus has learned to handle it better. “I can’t blame them for making such comments because I posted such content online. Lesson learnt: if you don’t want people to talk about it, maybe don’t share it online,” he reflected.
When asked if he thought he had peaked in life, Titus replied, “I’ll say no. I’m still going, right? But I guess I’ll try to make more good news instead of interesting news like getting married in a week.” Passing the real estate agent’s exam would certainly be good news for him.
Considering his resilience, this could be just the beginning of a new chapter for Titus Low.
