A Mongrel Mob member is believed to have moved into a unit at an upmarket apartment block, sparking action from the body corporate and police.
The gang member is allegedly living at Summerfield Villas in Auckland’s Grey Lynn, where three-bedroom units are selling for more than $1 million.
The body corporate committee did not respond to phone calls on Saturday but said in an email it was confident the matter would be “resolved in the near future”.
