AUSTRALIA’S richest woman Gina Rinehart has offloaded two luxury apartments in one day – in the same building – and one was a fully loaded penthouse.
Ms Rinehart – whose property portfolio spans the country including seven residential titles in Brisbane alone – made $3.7m in one day off the sale of the two whole-floor apartments, one of which was a penthouse and the other one four storeys below it.
The richlister actually owned three whole floor waterfront apartments in the building but decided to keep one up her sleeve for the future.
