THE godfather of Gold Coast property Max Christmas has sold is family home for almost $2 million.
Mr Christmas and wife Liz have parted ways with their tropical Surfers Paradise waterfront haven after it changed hands for $1.95 million, CoreLogic data revealed.
It first hit the market in November at $2.575 million.
