The Gold Coast apartment market has shed its ‘boom-and-bust’ reputation in favour of slow but sustainable growth, according to Knight Frank.

Chris Litfin, Knight Frank director and head of project marketing in Queensland, said not only had the demographic of a Gold Coast apartment buyer changed, the type of apartment they wanted had changed as well.
