OnlyFans content creator Mikaela Testa has criticized a popular Gold Coast venue for prohibiting patrons with ‘intimidating’ or ‘aggressive’ tattoos. The 23-year-old TikTok star from the Gold Coast expressed her dissatisfaction with Burleigh Pavilion in an Instagram Story post on Monday night upon learning about the venue’s stringent policy.

In the post, she shared a photo of her friend, heavily tattooed, and commented, “It’s so crazy to me that still in 2023 people are discriminated against over tattoos… It’s so embarrassing bringing my cool, fun, and freaky friends to Australia and being told to leave because of her tattoos, are you kidding?”

According to the venue’s website, guests with tattoos are generally welcome, except when the body ink is perceived as ‘intimidating.’ The website states, “Burleigh Pavilion is a family and community-oriented venue,” emphasizing that guests with tattoos are welcome, but the policy does not allow intimidating, aggressive, or offensive tattoos, clothing, or behavior that may offend or intimidate others.

The website further explains that tattoos on the neck, head, and face are considered increasingly intimidating, with such policies being common among licensed venues to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all guests. Notably, even covering up these tattoos would not guarantee entry, as clarified on the site.

The Daily Mail Australia has sought comments from Burleigh Pavilion on the matter.

This incident follows Mikaela’s recent revelation of her plans to return to the United States, six months after being deported back to Australia. In a selfie shared on Instagram, she informed her followers about her visa reapplication, expressing the importance of the process to her overall happiness.

Mikaela’s deportation from the US in April, the result of a revoked visa, involved spending 30 hours in a border force room. Additionally, her provocative photos have led to bans on Instagram and TikTok. Despite her online success, Mikaela has faced personal challenges, including strained relationships with her family, who, according to her Instagram Q&A, disowned her due to her involvement with OnlyFans.
