The Upland Road, Remuera house once owned by renowned New Zealand painter Charles Frederick Goldie has been sold.
Listing agent Lesley McLellan of Ray White Remuera says the property sold before auction, by private treaty, but the price has not been revealed.
“It was sold to a terrific family that is relocating from Christchurch,” she says.
