- Eight months after going up for sale, the golf course and big blocks of undeveloped land in Pegasus have not yet found a buyer.
The North Canterbury town’s developers, Todd Property Group, put the large swathe of property on the market in October.
The sale includes the 80-hectare golf course and sports club, a 3.4ha block of residential land earmarked for a retirement village or gated community, and nearly 6ha of lakefront commercial land and existing retail buildings.
