Wellness entrepreneur and influencer Georgie Stevenson, alongside her husband Tim Crouch, is putting their stunning beachside mansion in Currumbin on the market. The property is listed for an impressive $9.9 million, but for those not looking to buy, it is also available to rent at $5,500 a week. The 30-year-old co-founder of Naked Harvest Supplements and her husband purchased the architecturally designed home for $7.5 million in 2022. The couple has since transformed the luxury five-bedroom, five-bathroom residence with a chic whitewashed color palette that complements its contemporary coastal style.

Perched on a steep block and spanning four storeys, the mansion offers world-class views and supreme privacy. It is listed for sale with Ed Cherry and available for rent through Brent Martens, both of Coastal property agents. The asking price was revealed after the property was passed in at auction with another agent, though it has already seen off-market offers multiple times.

“We’ve had some well-known celebrities inquire about the property,” says Ed Cherry. “The property is getting a lot of traction, mainly with interstate and Brisbane buyers. The buyer is someone wanting that rare slice of Currumbin on top of the hill. They are highly sought after and rarely available.”

Tim Crouch and Georgie Stevenson, who also own another property in Palm Beach, have made their Currumbin home available for short-term rental as well. Brent Martens notes that the home has attracted interest from film industry professionals and returning interstate families. “The house is absolutely immaculate and located in a unique spot up on the hill, offering stunning ocean views while maintaining privacy,” he adds.

Before moving into their current home, the couple had previously listed it as a holiday rental. Stevenson, who transitioned from law clerk to influencer, has shared her joy in making this house their home. “Seeing Ivy grow up and having so many memories here makes my heart so happy,” she posted on social media.

Designed by Paul Uhlmann and built by Mactech Constructions in 2017, the house features large windows that capture breathtaking north-facing views of the beach, Hinterland, and skyline, all set against a lush bushland backdrop. The interiors are elevated by spotted gum timber floors, blackbutt shiplap feature walls, and marble finishes, creating a contemporary, coastal style.

The mansion includes a lift connecting all levels, wide decks for alfresco entertaining, an infinity-edge pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a sunken fire pit lounge. A separate guest studio on the ground level adds flexibility, while the 1,138 sqm block offers plenty of privacy and space.
