• Tenders closed on Friday, December 2 for the Grand Designs Pakiri house, often referred to as the “stealth bomber” house. And while owner Scott Lawrie has not yet accepted an offer, he says there has been massive interest in the property.

But he also says the experience of selling the house has been a real eye-opener in terms of the comments he has received. And these apply not only to the architecture, but also to the reasons why he is selling.
