A stunning Grand Designs NZ build in Cranmer Square, Christchurch is about to be go under the hammer for the second time.
The house, which incorporates a heritage-listed building, failed to sell two months ago, so has been listed with a new agency.
Owners Johannes van Kan and Jo Grams first listed their home for sale just one year after the massive build, saying they wanted a change. Their home is now being sold by Cameron Bailey of Harcourts Gold Real Estate Group.
