- After their acrimonious divorce was finalised in April, it’s no surprise pop-star Gwen Stefani and Bush singer Gavin Rossdale’s former marital home is on the market. The asking price is US$35,000,000 (NZ$48.8 million).
The contemporary home features a boldly graphic and colourful interior by noted decorator Kelly Wearstler. Property records indicate a total of 1100 square meters with six bedrooms (all with ensuites) and a master suite with two lavish bathrooms and two custom-fitted dressing rooms. A separate guesthouse has head-on views over a good portion of the San Fernando Valley.
