Gemologist and property lover Heidi Onisoforou says she’s “super excited” to have sold her Potts Point terrace for about $5.5 million.
The agent to lock in the deal on the grand heritage terrace with the stunning renovation at 102 Victoria St was BresicWhitney co-founder Shannan Whitney with director Maclay Longhurst.
Speaking exclusively to the Wentworth Courier, Ms Onisforou said: “I’m now on the lookout for something to tackle — residential or commercial — something super dilapidated!”
It’s understood the buyer was a downsizer from the north shore.
The four-bedroom home had the usual high-quality Heidi Onisforou signature look, with expensive Poliform joinery in the kitchen, solid American oak floors, lots of mirrors and grand crystal chandeliers.
The terrace has been on the market for about three months but the result wasn’t far off the $5.75m price guide that Mr Longhurst was quoting when the Wentworth Courier reported the listing in May.
