PHOTO: JASON DORDAY/STUFF – The most expensive sale of the year was at the waterfront end of Cremorne St.
Homes.co.nz data scientist Tom Lintern said there had been eight sales for more than $10m in 2018.
One of those was in Queenstown, and the rest in Auckland,
1) The priciest was 15 Cremorne St, Herne Bay, which sold for $27.5m in March.
The mansion, on the waterfront, has its own boat shed, helicopter pad pool overlooking the sea. It also has its own access to the beach.
It was reported at the time that the property was bought by marina investor and developer Simon Herbert and wife Paula.
