ANZ’s former chief executive David Hisco paid $3.1 million for an exclusive beach house he bought from Sir John Key.
Property records show that the house, at 43 Success Court, in Omaha, was owned by Sir John and Bronagh Key and Kenneth Whitney but was sold to Hisco, his wife Deborah Walsh and Craig Mulholland, the ANZ’s managing director of wealth, for $3.1 million on January 15 last year.
The deal settled a month later. At the time, the property had a CV of $3.65m.
The Hiscos then sold the property on June 16 this year. Homes.co.nz estimates its current market value at $2.8m.
