Countless musicians count New Plymouth’s TSB Bowl of Brooklands as the best venue in New Zealand but that’s no help in getting promoters to book top bands to play there.
As some venues gear up for summer and welcome international superstars like Mumford and Sons, Fatboy Slim, and Florence and the Machine this January, New Plymouth will host the stars of yesteryear Toto, Dragon, and Jefferson Starship at the A Summer’s Day Live concert.
