Swanky apartments, many over the million-dollar mark, are sprouting up in a former laboratory in Hamilton East.
The commercial building at the riverside end of Clyde Street is being stripped for Hills Village, a Stark Property development.
Some in the first-stage Hills Apartment offering are worth $2 million or more, which property developer Matt Stark says is “breaking new ground”.
