Historic 142-year-old Feilding hotel could face demolition in earthquake-prone buildings saga

If buildings could talk, the 142-year-old Feilding Hotel would have some stories to tell.

It was Feilding’s first licensed hotel, it has suffered two fires and its Edwardian Baroque architecture is almost unrivalled in the Manawatū town.
