A heritage church building in central Auckland is back on sale again.
The St James church in Mt Eden was last sold in December 2019, but just over a month later, it has been listed once more on Trademe.
Prospective buyers of the property can negotiate the price, the listing said, and included the church, built in 1900, as well as “surplus land”.
“The area has a resource consent to convert into four apartments, or it could suit other uses,” the listing said
