A heritage-protected Takapuna villa that has been in the same family for 128 years has been sold for the first time.
But what is equally remarkable – the house that had been passed down from eldest daughter to eldest daughter through five generations has been bought by a couple for their eldest daughter.
Listing agent Kris Cunningham of Harcourts Milford says “it’s a really nice outcome” for the property, which attracted a lot of interest.
