A HOARDERS’ house in Roseville Chase has sold for $1,763,000 — $263,000 above reserve — in an exciting auction that attracted 12 registered bidders today.
The result was one of the few outstanding ones. There were 612 auctions scheduled for today but by tonight agents had provided CoreLogic with just over half of them (341) for a preliminary clearance rate of 52.49 per cent.
At Roseville Chase, the “totally unrenovated” five-bedroom deceased estate on 1100sqm at 17 Lockley Pde was described as a “worst house, best street opportunity” in its realestate.com.au advert.
