The latest figures from CoreLogic reveal homes in Mornington, Goodwood, West Moonah and Lenah Valley are sold, on average, in just six days on the market.
In figures for the 12 months to the end of June, CoreLogic recorded double-digit median price growth in each of these areas of between about 18 and 22 per cent.
West Moonah recorded the most house sales in the period (59), with 35 house sales in Mornington and 19 in Goodwood. There were 34 unit sales in Lenah Valley.
