One of Palm Beach’s best known houses, known as The Priory, and located opposite Jonah’s Restaurant in Bynya Rd has come to market this week with a guide of $8.5 million.
The 1930s sandstone home is on a 1460sqm double block, is private and resort-like and at the peak of the season rents out at $25,000 a week.
Owner David Brown said families from Mosman and Vaucluse made up most of his clients, and were wanting a family holiday in a stylish home with views.
