• A new Wellington development tied to convicted fraudster Sir Ngatata Love is back on the cards, after plans came to a halt four years ago.

The site, which has frontage at 2 Lambton Quay and 9 Kate Sheppard Pl, is to be developed into a 10-storey hotel and apartment complex, rather than an office block as was initially proposed in 2011.
