A high-end home in a new development at Queenstown’s Millbrook Resort has sold for $5.45 million – breaking the company’s sales records.
Construction has started on the $50m development, called Mill Farm, which includes a new golf course and two residential neighbourhoods.
Millbrook property and development director Ben O’Malley said about 40 contractors were working on the 67-hectare site, developing the golf course and building platforms for 42 sites, each averaging about 2000 square metres.
“It’s extremely rewarding to see it take shape and become a reality.”
